Best way to learn a new language?

Does anyone have any recommendations as to the best way to learn a new language? I'd like to learn Spanish just have no real idea where to start?

Happy to do either. With my job a drive for a few hours a day so maybe something with an audio format I can use in my van.

Sounds like the kind of thing I'm looking for. is it for all levels of learning?
