I was reading that thread about Jason Plato's stalker on my phone to alleviate the tedium of a long train journey yesterday and it got me thinking about the topic.

Well who is it for you (i suppose we should say were they aware of it, was it consensual etc, ie brushing past someone in a lift counts i suppose)

Mine was Tom Watson (the golfer not the c*nt), shaking hands with him at Walton Heath. Consensual. NOt that famous apart from to golf/sports fans.

i did say most famous person, not long lists of every famous person...but hey ho....

mine would include, Charlie George, various County and England cricketers, (beefy botham in the bogs at the county ground in c'ford when he was commentating for sky was a particular highlight...as a young teen i could see where the beefy nickname came from ...), Craig Stadler, Ollie, Poults, Sir Nick, cant think of any others.

still no stalkers surreptitiously copping a feel have revealed themselves yet...

Wet, Wet, Wet

Used to know govt Transport Secretary Chris Grayling socially and went to parties at his flat in Balham in the 1980s.

Shared a flat at uni with James Mates, the ITV newscaster

Edwina Currie once asked me (in a restaurant) if I wanted my pudding. I said, no, and she duly ate it.

Had lunch with Roger Clark. That afternoon he drove me around a rally stage in his 1970s Escort.

Used to correct Vicki Butler-Henderson's spelling when we worked together at What Car? magazine.

Gave Raef Bjayou (below: ex-Apprentice TV series) a lift during a Fiat press event. That hair appeared to be a wig.

you were doing so well till the end.

lots of unfamous people here folks lets keep it to actual famous people rather than z listers...

also probably should have stipulation that its not at an official event where you went specifically to meet that person...random bumping into's and stalkings only please.

i went to a gala dinner and met xxxx knowing they'd be there kind of thing doesn't really count. i should have been clearer in the OP.

still waiting for stalkers to reveals themselves or feels copped apart from the Anne Robinson one that some believe...rolls eyes...
