exploded a partridge today! What have you hit?

I exploded a partridge this morning on the M40 (pretty sure it was French, not English). Left a nice bloody smear right in the middle of the screen and I was convinced it was going to join me in the car. Thankfully the screen survived, which surprised and disappointed me a little, I was already planning supper.

What have you hit and got away with?

My mrs hit a pheasant, ruined the grill of my car but luckily the intercooler was OK (well, dented).

Animals are sods.

Pheasants are big buggers. I had one fly into the driver side door of my old defender and it left a nice dent.
