Saving things for special occasions

Do you save anything for special occasions? Nice bottle of wine / champagne? The nice dinner set? Suit ? Car !!

If so why ? Isn’t life too short to worry and isn’t it better to get the most out of things, after all you work hard so why not enjoy it!
