Yeah! Go men!

Pleased to have seen it talked about on Channel 5 "Milkshake" show for kids when I was watching early morning tv with my daughter. Not that I'm sure she was aware what was going on, but it was on their agenda for the day.

Interestingly they're making quite a big deal about it in my workplace today, perhaps us men aren't so bad at all!

Seems to be a lot of tweets about men having depression and 'talk to someone. don't built it up inside' being the message.

Which is great, but it seems like the majority is about that.

When you can pee standing up. Have a conversation that doesn’t require blocking a doorway. Only go to a shop for a specific item and walk out with just that item. Not have to be at home all day raising children, then frankly, every day is your day.

I assume the 19th is about having one day where we acknowledge just how piss easy life is when you’re a bloke?

Well on the basis that there is a women's day, a transgender day etc etc it seems long overdue to me.

Appropriate talking about pissing since it's also World Toilet Day

I can't seem to find any tweets from virtue signalling woke brigade celebrating 'International Men's Day'.

TBH - I've only looked at Lily Allen's twitter feed thus far....

Some of that is shocking but the victim of crime stats are undermined by the fact that men are overwhelmingly the perpetrators as well.

Is one less of a victim because the perpetrator was the same gender?
