If only there was a suitable unit of measurement for these situations. Do they mean the mass or the length, which way are you cutting the giraffe in half?

Surely that's 150,000 times the width of a human hair.

By the time you've worked out the maths for the numbers the time has changed and you've got to go again hehe
That annoys me because some of them are deliberately more complex than they need to be. I’d prefer the purity of the simplest form.

6 = 9 - root 9
7 = root 9! + 9/9
12 = 9 + root 9
TBH it's all a bit contrived as it literally doesn't matter what is written on the 12 points on an analogue clock. In fact some clocks just have dots or bars.

Some dress watches just have a jewel at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 positions and nothing else, and you can still tell the time just fine (albeit not with huge precision).
The more interesting, and geeky, question is: can this idea be achieved with any of the other digits on the clock face? That is, represent each number with an equation using only one of the numbers 1 to 12. nerd

Let's keep it to geek jokes please. There's a whole other thread for normal, unfunny jokes. wink
