The 'what training' thread is becoming quite diverse, in terms of topics discussed, as opposed to strictly being about training.

One of the useful (imo) topics is that of diet. So I was thinking we could use this thread for that? I know I could do with some inspiration.

So, perhaps a post with what one's daily diet consists of, along with a note of what training is being done to add context?

eta - I meant the transformation thread..... (got the two threads mixed up!)

The snack thing is an interesting one for me - I need inspiration on what to snack on, preferably low in calories.

Would be a bonus if high protein but not a deal-breaker if not.

I'm not entirely convinced some of those 'after' photos are strictly improvements to be honest.

Mussels are filter feeders - it there is crap in the water there will be crap in the mussels.
And fish eat filter feeders and so accumulate said crap...

Never had food poisoning off mussels or any other sort of shellfish myself (and I like my shellfish).
Ditto.

(famous last words!)
