Lol at the steroids comments! First time bulking go on the gear! lol or not.
I've done it and have some threads on it from a while back, I got real fat but did gain a fair chunk of muscle. I was subscribing to the Dante (DC) method and it worked all right.
I was experimenting at the time, he actually suggests lots of good quality foods but also cardio to keep the fat down. His results are completely unquestionable but I also think its fair to say lots of folk are chemically enhancing too.

I'm keeping the cardio up. I know the bodybuilder types will scoff, but Im no bodybuilder ; )I've done it and have some threads on it from a while back, I got real fat but did gain a fair chunk of muscle. I was subscribing to the Dante (DC) method and it worked all right.

I do lift already, but nowhere near enough to build real muscle. Nor do I eat enough.

No idea. But, surely there's no negatives for you. You'll achieve the Raoul Moat look in no time and it's not like having a tiny knob is going to be a hindrance for you!
Hope this helps.
This aggression is obviously the effect of steroids - I suggest you lay off, at least until the coppers offer you a clear exit from the Chip Shop you're currently holed up in, sawn off in one hand, iPhone (logged into Piston Heads) in the other.Hope this helps.
Well, it's been a couple weeks gradually eating more and more (and lifting, obv) but this week I've been trying to really eat and...
I'm f*cking sick of eating.
I'm not even sure I've made it up to my recommended calorie intake (like 3000 or so). Eating that many clean calories I b*stard hard work!!!
In case anyone's interested / wants to make a suggestion;
6am Porridge
9:30am Mackrel in olive oil + nuts
12am Smoked salmon + full tub of cottage cheese + blue and black berries
3pm More nuts
7pm Chicken breast cooked in olive oil, plus whatever green veg is about.
9pm Couple hard boiled eggs.
Should I be eating more? Because I'm really going to struggle!!!

Just reading this back, it looks like a weight loss diet plan - not a weight gain!!!

Have you worked out the protein, carbs, fats and sugars out etc?
might give you an idea where you are nurtients wise.
MyFitnessPal is great for this task
Never really considered it. I'm confident I'm getting the right mix of carbs / fats etc it's just the volume and frequency I'm interested in tweaking (or increasing, by the looks of it)might give you an idea where you are nurtients wise.
