Hair loss

Anyone experienced this?

I've noticed that my hair has suddenly become very thin and seems to have hardly grown in the 7 weeks since I had it cut last. This is bizarre for me, normally it's pretty thick and fast growing.

I'm 36. Has my great luck just suddenly run out or is it stress, and it'll be alright soon?

A couple of months ago I noticed quite a few strands coming out whilst combing, although I think that was mainly due to tangles/sea swimming beforehand!

It's really weird. I've just looked at photos from the end of October, my last haircut and my hair hasn't changed at all... Hopefully just stress or travelling and my lovely mane will return. EEEEK

Yeah, fingers crossed I can hold onto the rest. I really don't suit short hairstyles and have sticky out ears so baldness scares me!
