Huel food. Any good?
Discussion
Resurecting this one again - Are we all still in favour of this?
I am considering having this for lunch at work. Mixing with water in the morning when i get to the office and leaving it in the fridge.
£46 for 2 bags and a tasting sample - doesnt seem too bad.
I plan to eat a normal breakfast - cerial and coffee, Huel for lunch and then a normal dinner.
Any advice, before i press the "buy it" button?

Thanks all for yor advice.
I bought £45 worth of Huel v2.3 and it arrived within a day of ordering. Free T shirt and shaker for the first order is a nice touch.
I made this up ready for lunch. It doesnt smell too bad - like milkshake although the mixing of the powder into cold water is better achieved with a blender.
I broke it out for lunch yesterday and it didnt taste too bad. The vanilla flavour is subtle, but does a good job of masking the taste of chalk.
The RDA table on the back of the packet is an eye opener. Some vits and minerals are over 300% of your RDA in a 100ml serving! Not to say that your body actually absorbs this.
I noticed that there is Guar and Xanthan Gum - which i am sure is not great for you.
I followed the instructions with 400ml cold water, three level scoops - shake and then add a further 170ml water.
Best served chilled.
