Has anyone done any of the allergy testing kits? I'm tempted to do one to see if I can track down the cause of some issues I have. Just don't know if it's worth circa 300 notes

That's the one I looked at. Did you have a long list of intolerance or just a few?

done a bit more reading it seems according to the association of British dietitians the igg test yorktest do is not recommended as a diagnostic test.

IgG blood test
This blood test looks at IgG antibodies present in the blood. It’s claimed that an increase in IgG to a certain food indicates an intolerance to that food. At present there is no convincing evidence to support this test, and it’s not recommended as a diagnostic tool.

seems the only two ways that are trusted are the skin prick and and IgE blood test
