Two kids and near disaster later, I think it might be time for the snip. She suggested it 6 months ago but I've done nothing. I'll be honest, I'm utterly terrified of the idea.

So how do I go about it? Just ask the docs?

Does it hurt?

Can I still ride my bike afterwards? (I cycle to work)

Anything else to add?
