Any alternative to Bauch & Lomb Muro 128

My wife is from America and has recently relocated to the UK after we got married this year, she has a condition
called corneal edema and uses Bauch & Lomb Muro128 ointment to counter the symptoms recurrent corneal erosion
trouble is she's runningout of her ointment and you can't get it in this country at all, can anyone suggest a source of
the ointment or an alternative, she's drawing a blank from her UK GP and various Pharmacists she's spoken to.
