Morning all

I'm tired. All the bloody time. It's also my birthday tomorrow and I turn 35. Maybe the two are connected, I don't know.

I'm a touch overweight, I probably drink too much (but a heavy session is like 3 pints - more just too times in a week) and am asleep for probably 11pm max, as I get up at 6;30. Sometimes earlier, but never later.

In a desperate sense to avoid acknowledging my mortality - how the hell do I turn this around?

Maybe I just have the birthday blues. Bah.

Thanks for the replies all.

I don't drink enough water, for sure, so sorted that out today. Peeing like a racehorse currently (well, not literally currently but often) which is pretty unusual for me. Not concerned about Type 1 Diabetes as I don't get that thirsty.

Did a couple of hours of gardening and housework - no gym-replacement but got off my arse. Also started work on the "lose the dadbod" thing, too. Trying not to go too extreme on everything straight away which will inevitably see me getting bored and quitting.

I think it's a combo of weight, fitness and hydration. Potentially crappy sleep too, so looking to make some changes there too.

The low testosterone thing - what gives that away? not sure its likely but who knows.

Quick update:

- Drinking way more water;
- Eating much more healthy, less carbs, more protein
- Started the gym (and have actually gone!);
- Taking a berroca-type thing in my newfound water bottle each day
- Trying to get better sleep (less falling asleep on the sofa).

Can't say I'm noticeably "better" but I deffo don't feel my energy has gotten worse, so I'm potentially in a transition phase before this becomes more of a routine.
