I have an 87 y/o relative suffering from this, a few yrs ago she had a scan, diagnosis and report from a specialist. The whole process (from GP, to scan, to specialist and diagnosis) took months, pain started to improve so she took no further action. Once she's up and about walking helps but she siezes up 1st thing in the morning.

It's back with a vengeance, anyone have experience of physiotherapy for this condition? Will the physio be able to treat her without a referral?

I'd thought about this, but isn't it some sort of snake oil, with very low quantities of active ingredients?

Ahh, I've the original diagnosis letter now, not spondylosis but stenosis (anterior bulging disc)

I'll see what the physio dept says tomorrow.
