Discussion
I dont drink alcohol, no sugary drinks, no fast food (McD, Pret etc), no processed food or ready made meals.
The rest of my body is fine (except chin area).
The stupid pot belly makes me suck in my stomach which in turn leads to a cramped/hunched shoulder posture which in turn...
What am I doing wrong, what should I be doing?

All good advice - particularly on the bread!
But you need to exercise the gut area as well.
It's the only part of your body that isn't directly connected to bone and as we get older, the muscles that keep everything in place slacken which pulls you forward which accentuates the problem - a particular problem in taller men (See Jeremy Clarkson for more information - the guy's not fat but his belly is trying to escape).
Walking and diet will shed any excess fat. Core and Back exercise will tidy everything up.

Is there a particular exercise I could do at home/in the office?
Brief update:
- did 5 press-ups in the morning, and again in the evening
- plank'ed a bit, I like it
- used a 1,5l milk carton (full) for arm rotation and bellbar exercises while on a call, also liked it, shoulder is already much better
- found a 9 mins simple exercise plan in the NYT which I will now follow
- lunch was lots of tomatoes, olives, seeds, some goat cheese, cucumbers...it tasted really nice
- no snacking at all, that was difficult, had an espresso instead
It is a change of lifestyle, nothing less. Like when quitting to drink alcohol, it is avoiding places where people drink.
I will need to simplify things in order to make them stick.

Back from 30mins on bicycle and then carried 2 x 6 1,5l water bottles home (in one go obviously).
For me and my fat laziness that is quite a bit. So far, I have done some deliberate exercise every day in this week, 1000% more than ever before.
Also a week without bread, works wonders for me.

First of all, I want to be less fat. The is fat and fat - the fat inside is particularly damaging.
Then I want to work on my endurance, stamina and posture.
Looking "ripped" comes last, or never.
You have fat outside the skin? Then I want to work on my endurance, stamina and posture.

Should see a doctor.
