Hayfever in February...

Every year my hayfever shows itself earlier and earlier. Today I am sneezing away, eyes are running etc. All classic / unmistakeable symptoms, and I know that it'll be gone by the time we get to May.
Every year I think I'll remember to ask here whether the timing is a clue as to what sets me off. Is hay fever this early in the year typically associated with a specific tree? Thoughts / experiences welcomed.
