Pulsating abdomen

Morning guys,

Ive had an annoying, but pain free, pulse in my lower left abdomen half way between bottom tip of my left rib cage and hip bone. Its triggered every time i sit down and starting to bug me now. Ive had it for 3 days straight. You can visually see it too when it does it. When i stand up it dissapears

Something to worry about or has anyone had this before?

Its rhythmic, so assuming hert beat related.

As for my bowels they are all fine an dandy. Im 36, no other health issues apart from pigging out a bit too much during lockdowns and needing to shift about a stone and a half of podge.

Im not worrying at this stage, but google (i know i shouldnt) throws up all sorts of aneurysms and generally things that can kill me as possibilties.

it went away after a few days so never got any futher with diagnosis. been hunky dory health wise since.
