Moving to Spain with a JDM import (exporting car to Spain)

I've got a JDM import but it doesn't have any japanese documents (original sale, maintenace records, etc).
Also don't have the importing docs but do have a copy of when it was first registered in the UK (2007), every MOT since and a sale letter from the previous owner when I bought the car as proof of ownership along with the V5 in my name.
Maybe a dumb question but will it be difficult to register the car in Spain ?
