im a resident here in spain but im goin back to buy a car in the uk. i can get insurance with european cover but would like to transfer it over to spanish plates. does anyone no the best people to go speak to in spanish or english in the costa blanca Benidorm area. Also the best place to buy headlights for the change over.

thanks mate. The cars a 99 impreza turbo. do you no roughly how much for the change over, also does the car have to be copletely standard?
