Cambelt change in the West Midlands

Can anyone here recommend me a garage in the West Midlands that will change a cambelt on my 02 WRX? Scoobyworld are about an 1hour and half away but are fairly expensive!

Please suggest away, it'll be much appreciated

Another thing. Do you know where to get a workshop manual for a bugeye? Can't find one anywhere!
