Hi, as above I'm looking to upgrade the brakes on my 2004 forester XT.

I'm not interested in changing the wheels for anything bigger, I know this limits my options. They are the 5 spoke standard "star" style:

I understand the standard front discs are 294mm with a 2 piston Tokico caliper. The rears are 266mm.

I have tried to trundle through various posts on various forums but I'm still lost.

Would 304mm X 28mm 2 piece rotors with 4pot AP racing CP5200 calipers fit under 16" wheels, and of that design? I think the wheels have a 48mm offset.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies all.

The reason I'm looking to upgrade the braking system is due to future plans with the car - as in turbo swap/tune, bigger intercooler, etc.

I figured I'd lay the groundwork (better brakes and suspension) before chucking another 100hp through the chassis smile
