6 Speed Box and Flywheel Availability

I could do with some advice. The clutch on my 2006 3.0 legacy, with the 6 speed box, is going to need replacement soon. Is the flywheel or clutch from a 6 speed Impreza the same? There is differing info depending on where I look.
