Regarding these ice core samples, where can I go to look at graphics resulting from the sample data which is trustworthy?

Reason for asking is, the available charts seem to show cycles of temperature rises and falls over millenia, with corresponding rises and falls of CO2. I'd like to be able to reference the graphs/images as being from a trustworthy source when ramming them down someone's throat.

Thanks - not that I'm looking to start any spats/arguments etc.

Incidentally, ky BP - kilo year Before Present? I can see the two acronyms referenced separately, would like to make sure.

Yes, but note that in paleo science the P in BP usually = 1950

Thanks, think that came up when I saw references to nuclear testing.

Probably teaching you to suck eggs.. But the theory 20 years ago (when i was studying at university... God i feel old) was that various solar/orbital cycles drove most of the variations. On c.127k, 50k and 20k cycles (ive got most of those wrong im sure). Intensity of sun spots, variation in our orbit and progression of the earths rotation).
