Bleeding single line concentric clutch

I want to convert my lever arm type hydraulic clutch to a concentric clutch. The gearbox is a MX5 Mk1, the Vectra clutch slave that will fit the adaptor plate only has one port, it's freshly fitted dry at the moment.

My question is how do I bleed a single line clutch slave?
