Renault Trafic non starter

I'm hoping you can help with my Renault Trafic (10 plate) problem
I picked up the van recently and it had been stood for about 6 months totally unused. I've had it for a couple of months but not been using it (I need it for a trip to Ireland in a couple of months) - just start it up once a week or so and trundle up and down the drive to keep everything freed off. Started it the other day and the glow plug light ,the service light and the engine management light all stayed on. tried turning ignition on and off a few times to see if it would clear but no go but van still started but wouldn't rev very high then died totally when I released the throttle. Now it wont start at all - turns over fine, it sort of tries to start but doesn't quite catch.
Plugged in my cheapo OBD reader and it shows the following fault codes
P0100 Mass or volume air flow circuit A
P0120 Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A circuit
P02100Throttle actuator control motor circuit range/performance
Could one of you learned chaps point me in the right direction as to the faulty part &/or a fix . I'm guessing mass airflow meter or similar ??
Do you think it is linked to the lack of use over the last 6-7 months??

Had 5 mins spare tonight thought id check a few connections etc - thought id drop off the maf while in there and I'm pretty sure this isn't helping - 
My very own fungus farm on the air filter which is wet through - wondering if its killed the maf which sits right next to it - need to find some instructions on testing it

Just bringing this up to date
I've replaced the afm and air filter , reset the fault codes and all is well
Seems that rain water is running down the screen and dripping down onto the air cleaner box and slowly seeping into the box and soaking the air filter. I assume that under normal use the airflow through the filter etc would help dry it out but 8 months or so of inactivity has meant the water just sits there and has affected the afm.
Who would have guessed that a faulty afm would bring up so many warning lights and fault codes!
