Adblue panic time
Discussion
It has come time to add Adblue to my Citroen C4 Picasso Grand, but on looking under the offside 3rd row, where the manual and the net says I should find a screw cap under a hole in the lining is...... nothing!
Just a plastic surface of what I presume is the Adblue tank! Those dozy French workers have forgotten to put a cap on. Gods alone know how it was filled on the production line.
I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow but in the meantime, any suggestions?
I have only 200 miles before I can't start it,and it's not helped that the dealer is a 100 mile round trip.

Yes it is diesel, even I'm not THAT stupid
And I can find the hole,it's the lack of a cap that's the problem(that may also have been the problem leading to the need for a people carrier )
Here's a picture, as you can see just a hole cut in the carpet, and no cap underneath.
Hopefully the garage can fix one in, unless someone says the manual is wrong, and the cap is under the bonnet... somehow I doubt that
And OK I get the criticism of the lateness, but seriously who would have thought there would be no sodding filler cap! Would be no problem if it were there

I understand the Ad - Blue tank may be fitted in the spare wheel well.

just checked the manual, the spare wheel in the 7 seater is in a carrier under the back bumper. In the normal version it might be there as spare wheel is under the boot carpetfrom here

Just drill a hole yourself and fill the tank?
I have a horrible feeling that this is what is needed. The manual, the net, even the dealer when I called them (guy even went to check the one in the showroom) say that's where it should be, going to the dealer this morning so hopefully they can sort it with a drill, or reset the counter until something can be done.
It does beg the question of how they got Adblue into it in the first place, maybe they didn't and Citroen are faking it,like VW did
Wow, I can't believe so many posted to get an update!
Anyway,I'm posting this from the dealer, and there is an outcome....but I'm not going to tell you what it is mwahahaha
..only kidding. It was Adblue, the dash said it specifically, and despite what the manual, the internet and the 1st technician say, the hole is NOT in fact behind the offside 3rd row!
Another chap was called and he knew it was in FRONT of said seat,in the foot well. When the seat is up to look at the expected position,it's impossible to see. So we'll done to the Citroen manual writers.

Blimey,I had forgotten this thread & the interest it caused.
Anyway,as per my post & pic on page 5, the adblue hole is in front of the off side 3rd row seat,it needs to be folded to be seen.
Stupid place when wielding a big bottle of the stuff, glad my Ford Tourneo replacement has it by the filler cap!(With a she-wee device to aid pouring)
