Ford Fiesta Wing mirror not fully retracting

Ok I know nothing much about electrics etc but my partners wing mirror isn’t fully retracting .
This may be nothing what so ever to do with this but she did drive over 120 miles with a flat tyre reckon she didn’t know . It was front passenger side tyre and the wing mirror is front passenger side I just wondered if all that vibration could had caused something .
As this problem didn’t start until then.
Any ideas please

If it's been fitted to the wing i'm not surprised, it should be on the door.
