OBD2 Bluetooth Reader

I want to get an OBD2 reader for my '04 Mondeo.

Does anyone have experience with one of These for £3.99?

The Torque app seems to be well regarded, anyone use it?

I understand that a reader is a reader and it's the software/ app that does the code reading/ clearing so are there any issues in buying the cheap one? It would purely be used for checking and clearing error codes.
