Ok so Ive recently had some service work done. Brake oil re filled. Wheel anlignment & balance. My car is a 59 plate fiesta.

Since then I have a ticking noice coming from my front passenger side wheel.

The noice sounds like a nail in the tyre. So the noise is on wheel rotation. (The tyre doesnt have a nail in it) the noise obviously gets more frequent if i speed up and if i go dead slow more obviously less frequent. It makes a tick noise once the wheel then rotates and it makes a tick noise again and so on..ITS DRIVING ME LITERALLY UP THE WALL!! heres what ive looked at so far.

Ive had the car on a jack and checked it all out i cant see any problem at all. Checked pads brake caliber etc cables stone guard. Copper pasted the pads the lot!!

Now... what i will say is when i have the car off the floor.. when i spin the wheel it doesnt make the noise at all. So would indicate that the noise if only made when weight is on the wheel.

Ive had the rims off the lot i still cant work it out. Any help would much be appricated.

Thank you

Tom

Ohh and the noise stays when turning braking the lot. Obvioulsy when slowing down the noise slows down.

I noticed after taking the car to the car wash the noise stopped for around 5 minutes

Thanks

Checked the tread. Swapped tyres the lot. Ive even took it to the garage that done the alignment and they cant work out what the sound is.

Agreed with the wet comment or it stopped it rubbing. And yes was a proper garage Ive prob driven it around 300 miles since getting it checked at the garage. It hasnt got any louder or diffrent in terms of noise

1.Tyre balance
2.wheel alignment
3. Brake fluid was running low so this was filled.

Hope this helps.
