OBD tool recommendation

Looking for a decent OBD tool to use on a 2005 merc a class & 2016 nissan (the nissan is diesel, so the ability to perform forced DPF regen would be good)

I've been looking at the Autel Maxicom 808 as here;

It seems these are Genuine but non UK versions, anyone had any experience?

I'm open to spending less! I need something that can clear fault codes on the Merc & do a forced DPF regen on the nissan if needed. The dealer did the last regen for free as i'd not long bought it, but he did say its usually a couple of hundred quid if it needs doing.
