Does anyone have any knowledge of the wiring on these cars?

The horn has stopped working, the relay to the horn is fine, the relay isn’t receiving a signal to fire, am I correct in thinking the horn button goes to the ECU, then the ECU sends a signal to the relay on these cars?

I plan to check the clock spring later as that’s an easy check but if it’s not that I need to start looking at the wiring to and from the ECU, does anyone have a wiring diagram they’re able to send my way? Or any other ideas?
