Applied for my C class provisional 5 weeks ago and finally got my licence back today.
There is however no additional categories added to the back.
Do they send back the original while they are printing the new one?
Before some smart arse says call them, the DVLA are operating reduced staff and only answering queries related to critical workers, so may not get an answer from them and god knows how long it will take them to answer an email.
