Any idea what this is for ?

Found this in a 2nd hand motorhome we brought,pretty sure its to do with the awning (fiamma f55 pro)....not figured it out yet :-(

Got a hook on each end though ....I'm guessing its some sort of diagonal brace..but can't see an obvious place to fit it.

It`s a F55 Nags :-)..and mounted on the side...trying to find some sides for it too....any tips on best place to source ?

Ive got a couple of fiamma privacy rooms knocking around,chances of the sizes matching are slim but you never know,let me know the awning length and mounting height and i'll check tomorrow.
