Looks fine, although quite light-weight. I would be giving it a full-on Fabsil before using it. The pegs will probably be rubbish so budget another £10 for some better ones if you want to go belt'n'braces. £100 should see it up, dry and stable.

No sewn in groundsheet, so worth bearing in mind that if you're camping somewhere midgy, you will have to retreat to the sleeping area to escape the bitey buggers. Better to have something with an enclosed sitting area with a window or two, so you've somehwere to sit when it's buggy/rainy.
