Ex Wellfare van?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of upgrading my vivaro to something bigger.

I've come across a few low mile (70-90k) LWB hightop transits that are listed as ex welfare vans and have stuff in like the microwave, sink, insulated, leisure battery set up etc. Most are 2004-2005.

I want a bigger van so I can have a separate motorbike storage area and a permanent bed over the top of the area plus a small section to sit in.

I won't be living in the van but would be nice to be comfortable on trackdays / MX weekends.
Wouldn't be a daily driver either.

So are ex welfare vans any good for this, or should I be looking at some alternatives?

£3k seems to get something relatively tidy
