I'm looking at upgrading my old tent as its a motorcycle tent (with garage) but we have 2 very young kids now so the bikes are out and I can't keep the kids in the garage section.

I'm pretty sold on the Vango Tahiti air beam tent.

The tent specs have changes a fair bit since I bought my tent 7 years ago!
I like the look of this tent as well as the size and options available for it. I know its pricey but I'll keep it for 10 years or so.
Anyone have any experience with these tents? I will go to one of the big camping places as well to have a butchers round all the tents but they're all dismantled over winter for obvious reasons and also waiting for 2019 stock to arrive.

The size of the packed tents doesn't matter as I have a large trailer

thanks
J

Whilst I’m on the subject, are there any recommendations for led strip/rope
Lights that run off 12v?

Make sure you get an electric pump for it. We've been on the road for almost year, so I've watched a lot of people put up a lot of tents on the various campsites we've stayed on. The bigger ones of these take longer to put up with the hand/foot pump than a conventional pole tent. They just look loads easier with the electric pump.
Thought about it. The videos online don’t show the air beams being too much hassle with a double action hand pump.
