As per the title please.

Hoping to use our converted primastar day van for a few long weekends away next year so i'm going to need to extend our living space to outdoors.
Don't want to pay more than £500 but Convenience over cost prefered.

I never 'quite' understand drive away awnings.

We got a 'free' drive away awning with our van and have never used it. It was massive and cumbersome (when packed) so never got taken away....

Instead , we have a 'cheap' four man tent which we set up a dining/ seating area and sleeping arrangements for the kids. Far better value.
I just figured a driveaway tent or even just something that attaches to the van would bridge the gap between inside/outside camping without exposing us to the elements when the vans side door is open?

Certainly I get fed up of packing up for the day only to find your spot nicked.
This is another good reason why i'm considering getting one. The few camp sites I have stayed in so far have been very relaxed with the rules of where to pitch up and whether they were taken or not. Not much doubt with a tent left on it is there.

Of course If they are a right faff to re-align I could leave any old tent there as marker I suppose.
