OEX jackal ii

Evening all, working on getting myself set up with a light camping setup. I have some heavier gear and larger tent for when I’m pitching up by the car but now working on a more simplistic setup for some backpacking. Been to a go outdoors today and had a look at a jackal ii. Seems like a quality tent and exactly what I’m looking for really. Anyone got any first hand experience of this tent or any better alternatives for around the same money? It’s only for myself but I want a reasonable bit of space as I’m not a small bloke and don’t want to be crammed in. Thanks everyone.

Also what’s the craic with these self inflating sleeping mats? Had a look at some today and seem like something that would be a good piece of kit, don’t want to spend a fortune but happy to spend a bit for something that will last and be comfortable.
