People have been tarting up Rolls' for years. The Maharaja's would stick all sorts of tat inside theirs, didn't The Beatles paint one in some ridiculous colour scheme too?

When I was at the factory a few weeks ago, there was a rather revolting lilac paint job destined for the middle east...

It's not my cup of tea, though I can smile about what the Beatles did with their Rolls...
(or wasn't it water based paint?)

On the bigger pic it even looks more ridicoulous (sp?).
Who needs 22" wheels?
And what good is a car when you're afraid to drive it?

BUY YOURSELF AN OLD WRECK, PUT YOUR SWEAT AND MONEY INTO REBUILDING IT, then you'll be qualified to have an opinion. Then and only then.

I did/am doing that

(OK, so it's not exactly a Rolls Royce)

The problem I have with the mods he made to his Rolls are that he went so far he seems to be too scared to drive it.
That's stupid and pointless.

This is how I would like my Silver Shadow:

Original and in good nick, great for wafting along and having a picknick in the countryside...
(It shouldn't have a german license plate though )

Like the stance of that Roller but for my taste there's too much wheel to rubber ratio.

How's about this one then?

Andy Saunders "Mentaly Insane".

OMG! It's scary, but I can see why he did that. Looks a bit like a vilains car out of a comic book...

Bad, but not as bad as this:

(I know that's not a Silver Shadow)

This is much better looking than Skinners Rolls (all a matter of taste ofcourse)
