All these topics got me thinking... There are cars that look wonderful, cars that sound wonderful and cars that drive wonderful. But above all that, there are wonderful drivers, and everyday drivers! So tell us what was your best driving moment ever. Either on the driving seat or not!

I had first great moment at maybe 15 . A father of a friend was getting out of their garage to check if their rallye 5 GT Turbo was ready to play. I squeezed myself between the bucket seats to a still remainig back seat, grabbed the roll bar and never released it again! He just trashed the car at unbelievable speeds trough very, very narrow roads and always drove sideways as if it was a rear wheel drive car! I was scared! but understood what made the diference between a driver and a pilot.

With my modest skills, I remember having a chat with a 740 beemer while driving a friends Boxster. It was fun until we got to a straight session. Never saw him again.
The same car gave lots of days of pride and joy driving sideways as if I was a hero! Good car, then!
Last of my good moments was a drive in my poor 206 at the road that leads too our nacional car museum. If you ever get to Portugal remember:Caramulo!!! I drove very, very hard that day. Maybe because I was angry with my girl. That shows that it's needless to have a good car to have some good moments. And that remembers me I once had some very happy moments with a miserable Opel (Vauxhall) Astra Van in an old stage of Portugal Rally. I had a friend attached to the roof handle and eyes wide open! In the end of the session, I heard this words comming from is white face:"The car seemed like a pickaxe!"
