Singapore Grand Prix any advice please...

As per the title we're settling off Thursday to Singapore ending up at the
Grand Prix,staying at the Orchard Hotel with Bay Grandstand seats for Fri/Sat/Sun any tips/recommendations greatly appreciated.

Well what a great experience...! Fantastic race especially with the whether, never been in rain so intence that's so hot...! very well organised and the MRT travel system puts our underground to shame ++ all round from me.. down side now getting ready for the long haul back to Blighty...!
