Right,

Power... sectors 1/3 that should suit Ferrari, McLaren & Renault.. (yes that Renault engine is actually one of the most powerful now with their improved MGU K, and is not as thirsty as the Ferrari).

Sector 2 should be Merc/ Red Bull territory.

Pole should be tight..

Midfield..

I expect Racing • to come with a decent package, should be a chance for the best performance of the season so far.

Hass will run both cars with the same aero, will be interesting to see the split between the drivers, I expect them to be towards the back of the grid.

Renault should announce Ocon this weekend, and will be quick, both drivers have a point to prove.

McLaren, may provide a shock, better than the P5’s Sainz has been delivering.

Alfa, most improved team of 2019, expect Kimi to finish up the field.

Toto Rosso, should suit sector 2, expect race pace to be better than Quali... Kyvat driving really well last few races.

Ericsson is to race for Alfa this weekend apparently, one would assume replacing Gio but that bit hasn't actually been stated.

Weird one.
Gio is either I’ll, or been asked to do the sim work for the red team or (big or) Kimi will drive for the Scuderia...

Albon to the back of the grid for Spa. Gasly will be pleased.

No pressure in qualifying at least.

Will still be expected to have Q3 pace though..

Would the team bother or just change everything on the car and save the engine?
Yep I think they will (at least till Q2).. you never know who else will take penalties..

Danni K (TR) is also taking penalties, I’ll put up the chart shortly.

That could make things very interesting.

Will help Red Bull out in qualifying and maybe the race.

The first lap could be a repeat of 2018.

Is pole that important at Spa?
Could favour the Mercs also? They tend to run more wing so making them slower on the fast straights?
This is how they are lookin’

All Mercedes-powered cars are due to race with the new engines, but they may have been using older units for Friday practice.
All had PU 3, hence why the grid penalty’s have been confirmed...

Does anyone know when the team get the car back? In a red flag situation would a truck be able to take it straight back to the garage, or does it stay there until the sessions over? I’d imagine they need every moment possible for that one.
The car was handed back almost straight away..

This pic is from about 20 mins ago..
