British F1 virgins

So the wife divulged my crimbo pressie is a weekend pass for the 2020 F1 at Silverstone! Going with the bro-in-law, son and nephew.

Need to sort accommodation; any recommendations? Not sure if we want the festival atmosphere (Woodlands camping?) or whether to let the boys unwind at a Prem Inn 10 miles out.

• To note, my son has Aspergers which is manageable on the daily but 72h of noise could push him too far to be an enjoyable event.

Are there quiet areas in the camping zones? Is it carnage from dawn til dusk and beyond?
