Good technical sites for new season?

A few years ago, there were loads of great sites on the net giving fantastic insights in pre season launch stuff:
ScarbsF1 - the ever entertaining Craig Scarbrough, who's output is now paywalled on autosport.
Somersf1 - featuring great drawings and insight from antonio panullo. Or maybe georgia piola.
The "other one" of georgio p and antonio p was also on another site, but i binned the old laptop and don't have the link anymore.

Now, although somersf1 is still good, he's gone down the youtube route. It's understandable, presumably there's no money in niche heavy tech analysis of launch cars in "traditional" form.

Is anyone else doing them these days? I miss the explanations of why wing x was there, or how a change to a bargeboard proves that the front wing is a placeholder and will be different on race day etc. Hell, i think these type of sites identified the f duct lre season (although they didn't identify how it worked until after the testing).

I think most of the guys worth listening to have taken their knowledge and place it on youtube or podcasts etc, as you say, it's the easy way to monetise their contributions.

Did you watch pre-season last year? Sky's own coverage went fairly deep in the cars design and what's working and why. They had so much airtime to fill, they had no option but to resort to giving the technical lowdown in a good amount of detail.

If you like to get really technical, then http://mccabism.blogspot.com is a must. Also includes views which are not about F1, but he always has an interesting viewpoint.

Definitely not someone just looking at a a Sutton images and second guessing what the effect of a new turning vane might be for.

Be interesting to see what technical coverage Sky provide this year as they providing live coverage of each test day instead of just a catch-up at the end of the day.

More than the 5 hours they managed each day last year? If they have to do the whole day that's a lot of air time to chatter through!
