Done some rallying, sorry, I couldn`t even be bothered to look him up, I knew of Jean Todt, I knew of Max Mosley ,how come suddenly there`s a nobody in charge, like there`s a nobody race director ?

Just looked, Vice Prez since 2008, or 9 depends where you read it, I had no clue.

The position of FIA President seems to be attracting candidates further & further removed from the pinnacle of the sport, does nobody want it that much, 2 candidates that are known, a not heard of rally driver and a lawyer ,is that it, does the FIA mean anything ??

Ben Sulayem is incredibly wealthy in his own right just like Mosley was, that why he could afford Dave Richards when he competed in Group B of the Middle East Rally Championship during the 1980s

I suppose you know the meaning of the word, ?? the discussion is a question of, are the people in charge competent, now I do not see how that is xenophobic, just because someone is called Mohammed ? he could be anybody`s next door neighbour, are just scrutinizing every word looking for the slightest shred of racism, not from me .

As for Mrs Ecclestone, I can`t help feeling there is a conflict of interest somewhere, I doubt she will be calling many shots but who knows. I have no idea where she comes from either and care less.
