SCRAP CAR WANTED FOR ENGINEERING PROJECT

Hi,

I am a student at warwick university studying mecanical engineering and as part of a new Engineering Society we are looking for a very very old car to do up as a project in our own time. We have a very small budget of a few hundred pounds, and really have no preference over what car we would like or what state it is in.

If anybody has any ideas or possibly a car they're looking to get rid off it would be much appreciated it you could get back to me

We really don't mind. We're a new society trying to provide some fun and skillful challenges for the engineers at warwick. We figured the older the cheaper!

We'd like to keep it, we would ideally like to renovate it and then turn it into a race car to do track days with.

I think his car will be too expensive as he said someone offered him £1000 less than the asking price and we only have a few hundred pounds But thanks anyway

Mad rob and mr hanky I would pm you both but I'm currently busing abd coaching it home so it won't let me on my phone.
