VAG complaints?!

Has anyone complained to the VAG group and had any success?

If so do you have a contact name and details rather than the usual channels?

Just re delivery dates and waiting times slipping.

Not unexpected to be fair, but I want to try and stop it getting worse.

Losing battle no doubt.

Unfortuntalely its a company car and the order has been placed. Things are never easy with Co Cars.

Cheers for the offer, but the company is tied to Marshalls. Couldnt even use my local dealership to order through.
