Honda Civic Vti aerodeck

So im going to be a dad.
Currently im driving a suzuki wagon r, that is half owned between me and my mother.
Im 21 and the plan was for me to sort myself out with a fiesta or suchlike, but now circumstances have changed and the best option for me, looks to be to sell the suzuki, and replace it with somthing ill be happy with for a few years.
After looking at various different cars, it turns out I can sell the suzuki, and buy a civic vti aerodeck without actualy spending a penny. I can also insure it for a very reasonable 1500 a year.
So, im asking the PH massive what they make of these motors? Anyone got one, had one, had six?
They seem rare, but the ones that are about are reasonably priced, and it seems alot of car for the money.
Would love to hear all views regarding this car, and the b18c engine.
