****HELP NEEDED**** PEUGEOT Rocker cover

ok so i had the rocker cover off doing my valve clearances, put it all back togetther and took it out for a drive. It sounded much better than before but i could hear that it wasnt quiet right yet so i took it home, let it cool, and gave them another go. whilst tightening the rocker cover on SNAP!! the rocker cover nut sheared off the stud that comes from the engine. Now i read a few forums just saying to extract the stud and get another one but the stud dosent go into the cylinder head.Its the left one

some advice would be much appreciated i am stuck with no car pulling my hair out because of a flippin bolt!!!

is it just a stud? if it is where can i get a new one?

ok so i have done a bit of research and cant seem to find the part anywhere. anyone have a website of company name that may stock theese?
